Summary: At this meeting, the team presented stakeholders an update on the Consolidated TMDL Implementation Plan  including methodology and modeling tool updates. In addition, the team presented an analysis of the baseline and existing conditions. The team walked stakeholders through the website to familiarize them with the features and information provided via the site.

Summary: The purpose of this stakeholder group  meeting was to provide an update on the
development of the implementation plan modeling tool (IP Modeling Tool) and the draft
baseline conditions analysis. The team walked the stakeholders through the development of the IP Modeling Tool, which includes modules for runoff, pollutant load and BMPs. Although this was presented at a previous stakeholder meeting, the team provided a brief overview of the modules and the input decisions that have been made since the last meeting. There are three main components of the modeling, including the runoff module, the pollutant load module, and the BMP module.

Summary: Following the previous meeting, stakeholders were given an opportunity to review the methodology document and provide comments to the District Department of Environment. At meeting three, the team reviewed the comments on the methodology and DDOE responses to comments. In addition, the team began discussions regarding the modeling approach with stakeholders.

Summary: Updating stakeholders on the project status and discussions about the methodology were the primary focus of the  second stakeholder meeting. The methodology is critical in developing the Consolidated TMDL Implementation Plan for the MS4 Permit. As such, the team wanted to gain insight from stakeholders about the proposed methodology. The team also provided a highlight of some of the challenges related to modeling data collection and information available for existing TMDLs that may affect the methodology for developing the TMDL Plan.

Summary:  At the first stakeholder meeting for the Consolidated TMDL Implementation meeting stakeholders were introduced to the project and received feedback on the process. At this meeting, participants were able to hear directly from the consultant team regarding the plan outline, challenges, TMDL pollutant categories, revised monitoring program and stakeholder roles and expectations.
